Guided Yin Yoga [On Zoom]

Keep Your practice going AT HOME.

Relax your mind, soothe your spirit, and maintain your body’s range of motion by practicing Yin Yoga on Zoom.

Here’s how it works:

1) Choose the time that works best for you. (Classes are offered ONLY where you see ‘Yin Yoga [ZOOM]’ on the class schedule.)

2) Click on the JOIN CLASS button (below) 5 minutes before class is scheduled to start.

3) You will be admitted to the online session, guided by Lee Lorber. TURN YOUR SPEAKERS ON!

No need to register ahead of time. Be sure to put on your most comfortable clothes. (PJ’s, anyone?) A yoga mat is a plus, and have several pillows handy so you can prop yourself up as needed.

After pressing the button, be patient while the Zoom application opens up for you.
